Privacy Policy

Keep 'Em Calling is a contractor marketing agency. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect just enough information to follow up with you about your business. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with random third parties, and you can ask us to delete it any time by emailing denny@keepemcalling.com.

“Keep 'Em Calling” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this site at keepemcalling.com. We're a small marketing agency based in Maryland that builds websites and runs marketing programs for contractors and home service businesses. Questions about this policy go to denny@keepemcalling.com.

We collect information in three ways:

• Forms you submit. When you request a free assessment, lead-magnet report, or contact us, we collect what you type: name, email, phone, business name, trade, city/state, and whatever else the form asks for.
• Automatic site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and conversion events (phone-link clicks, form submissions). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Communications. If you email, text, or call us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can keep helping you.

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver the report or service you asked for.
• To follow up with you about our marketing services if you indicated interest.
• To improve our site, our reports, and our offers based on aggregate analytics.
• To meet our legal obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers we use to run the business — Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Notion (CRM), Upstash (job queue), and Google Workspace (mailbox). Each one only sees the slice of data needed to do its job.
• Law enforcementif we're required to by valid legal process.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email denny@keepemcalling.comwith your request and we'll respond within 30 days. If you live in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, those rights also apply to you.

We keep your contact information as long as you're a prospect or active client, plus a reasonable retention period after that for accounting and follow-up. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we'll do so unless we're legally required to keep it.

This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless. If we add ad-platform pixels (Meta or Google) in the future, we'll update this policy and add a banner before any tracking starts.

When we change this policy we'll update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in a banner on the site for at least 30 days.
