Terms of Service

By using this site or hiring us, you agree to these terms. They describe what we deliver, what we expect from you, how payment works, and the limits on our liability. If anything here is unclear, ask before you sign on — email denny@keepemcalling.com.

“Keep 'Em Calling” (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a contractor marketing agency operating from Maryland. “You” means anyone who uses this site or buys our services.

We offer four service tiers, plus standalone deliverables:

• Website Build — a one-time custom website project.
• Foundation — monthly Google Business Profile, reviews, and AI search optimization.
• Growth — Foundation plus social media and content.
• Full Funnel — Growth plus paid advertising management.

Specific scope, deliverables, and turnaround times for your engagement live in your service agreement. If anything in this document conflicts with your signed service agreement, the service agreement wins.

We offer free reports — the Online Checkup and Competitor Checkup — to help you understand your current online presence. These reports are based on automated research and are intended as a starting point, not a substitute for professional advice. We try to be accurate but cannot guarantee that every data point is current at the moment you read it.

Project work is invoiced per the milestones in your service agreement. Monthly services are billed at the start of each cycle. Payments are due on receipt unless your agreement states otherwise. Late payments may pause delivery.

Ad spend on platforms like Facebook and Google is always separate from our service fee. You pay those platforms directly, or fund a managed ad account that you own and control.

Monthly services run month-to-month with no long-term contract by default. Either side can end the relationship with 30 days' written notice. If you cancel, you keep your website, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your social accounts, and any other assets we set up for you. We do not hold work hostage.

• Provide accurate information about your business and timely answers when we ask.
• Send job photos, customer details, and other content within reasonable timeframes.
• Pay invoices on time.
• Treat our team with respect.

You own all final deliverables we produce for you — websites, copy, images, designs. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you explicitly opt out. Tools, code libraries, internal templates, and processes we use to deliver your work remain ours.

We work hard to drive measurable results — more calls, more leads, more jobs — and we will set clear expectations at the start of each engagement. We cannot, however, guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing depends on your offer, your follow-up, your operations, and market conditions outside our control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our services is capped at the amount you have paid us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $500 if you have paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may not scrape this site, attempt to break its security, submit forms with false information, or use automated tools to overload our servers. We reserve the right to block users who do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute we cannot resolve in good faith will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
